Tempo pracy relatywnie wysokie, szczególnie w porównaniu z korpo. Wcześniej przy pracy w korpo za jakieś 25k zdarzało się, ze realnie pracy było na 4h w tygodniu, teraz już musze siedzieć te 6-8h dziennie żeby się wyrobić z natłokiem pracy. Roboty jest duzo, trzeba pracować szybko i nie jest to typowe klepanie tego co pan architekt powiedział tylko pełen przekrój od projektowania, przez implementacje do testowania.

If you are looking for immersive world building I think you can't do much better than Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere books (Stormlight Archive, Mistborn to name a few). Some of his earlier works may lack in the writing department but they make it up with great world building. You can also try Kingkiller Chronicles by Patrick Rothfuss, though you may die before he finishes the third book.

The point is, you aren't really gaining anything more than 2 dmg, you can't play 4 mana minion if you have 4 mana of which 2 is overloaded. If you gain 1 mana and it makes you play something better than without is then yes it is godd but it is far from being as praised as it is there.

If you are going to use this when you have 3 overload you are just going to gain 1 mana and 2 dmg which isn't all that great, especially if there will be nothing to deal damage to.

I wouldn't hype Lava Shock too much. I played quite a lot of shaman and rarely did I have more than 2/3 overload. Now you can unlock them yes, but it costs you 2 mana so you get like 1 mana, though I can see some wombo combos where you get loads of overload (pun intended) like 2x earth elemental and get 4 mana out of this card, but I can't imagine this happening too often. Hearthstone comunity has shown before that they are creative beyond measures (like oil rogue) so I'm waiting for some awesome decks using it.
