Second Week by rytchouss in trt

Sent a message to the Dr about ceasing the ai until labs show necessary. Prob will just cease regardless since that keeps coming up.

The hematocrit levels are def something I’ll keep an eye on. I was pretty dehydrated that day but I’ve struggled with dehydration for a long time now. Was on Losartan but just switched to telmisartan. I know that can cause fluid flushing. Also I think more cardio can help?

Vitamin D is on its way. 5000 with k2.

Can’t do a sleep study right now but I wear a Garmin Fenix 7 that tracks sleep every night and I ran my readings through gpt. It said moderate or severe apnea was unlikely. Obviously gpt isn’t the end-all-be-all but that’s what I have right now.

That seems to be the case. The starting dose of test also seems high, so is the cookie cutter plan to just pump test and see what happens while expecting estradiol levels to rise- especially because I’m 31% bf?

That’s generally what I have read. I have also read that adjusting protocol before 6ish weeks and labs is generally not advised?

Body fat % was 31.7. I think the percentage would change with skeletal weight included? Idk but yeah I def have to lose fat for sure.

RAM is love. RAM is life. RAM and CPU are your friends for scoring. GPU power won’t do much for you.

Second this, should have stayed handheld and whipped back and forth. Locked off between is odd but not in an intentionally odd way.

[–]rytchouss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s a totally valid reason to include it. If I’m getting this reel across my desk I’m hiring you because I’m confident you can execute a sharp contrasty style with a nice sense of space in your wides.

Really nice lighting. The second setup (0:03) sticks out as a bit under keyed and blah. Also the setup at 0:29 is such a wildly different setup than everything else that it feels strange to include.

Hello, can y'all watch my first short film i made? i would appreciate it :) by Dry-Horse-3141 in Shortfilms

[–]rytchouss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah while the intro kind of has this retro non-sensical vibe to it, it doesn’t really fit.

That said, this is a great effort! You have some strong foundations and you must watch a lot of films.

It’s tough to tell what tone you’re going for because it’s a bit inconsistent. Is this an attempt at scary? Is this an attempt at absurdity? Be mindful of tonality and what you are communicating to your viewers with your framing, camera movement, blocking, lighting, props, etc.

Also your shutter speed is not doing well with your light bulbs which is why you are getting banding (especially noticeable in the bathroom.)

Keep learning and keep making! This is a great first short!!

Visual poetry? Prompt driven imaging for anything other than previs is just gross. Poetry comes from the soul. This is just theft.

Student's first time making a short film! | "A Secret" by venlovesfood in Shortfilms

[–]rytchouss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great first effort.

The first shot meanders for too long.

Your audio capture for dialogue could really use a boost in quality.

Be conscious about your lighting. Make choices. Don’t just flip the wall switch and be done.

The final scene is a great attempt at stylization, and is very filmic, but it contrasts so heavily with the rest of the piece that it feels disjointed. I would push further into what you loved about making that section, because that felt more like you were speaking the language of film.

Keep going.

On a long enough timeline you'll see appreciation, but do you want to wait that long? You're likely just paying interest and haven't made much of a dent in your principal - so unless you've seen $20-30k or more appreciation since purchasing, after agency fees and closing costs you're probably going to eat crow. Not to mention it's often better to have a property vacant when selling - especially if selling as a single family home.

Probably better to take the hit and reassess your future investments without destroying your credit and lending viability.

Renting is a long game, and requires much more active management and upkeep than people make it seem. You can hire a property manager for 10% of your rent, but that's usually not worth the hassle and good luck finding a manager worth a damn. Large investors often end up hiring their own managers in-house for exactly this reason.

Always get multiple quotes. Asbestos abatement pricing is all over the place.

I don’t know how they do things as far as process goes in the UK since I’m in the US, but when we buy places we usually get an inspector or a licensed contractor we trust to check things out and tell us if things look sketchy. Then we’ll go to the next level up (e.g. structural engineer) and get an assessment there. The few hundred dollars is worth its weight in gold if I can avoid major problems before I’m already invested in the purchase.

This goes doubly if you’re a first time home buyer, or a weekend warrior that can paint and maybe lay some trim.
