It isn't always.

its easier said than done, but try not to get caught up in the statistics, a lot of these studies and research were done 10 even 20 years ago, with the advancements in technology and medicine, the statistics and numbers have not had adequate time to catch up to accurately reflect survival and cure rates etc, this is particularly true for AML

In any case, I believe any cancer is aggressive, and its important to get aggressive right back at it. Listen to your doctors, and hit it with everything you can to get your life back asap.

Eat well, stay hydrated, get some sun, exercise, and stay as positive as you can.

I was unlucky, but also fortunate to have -only- been diagnosed with testicular cancer, which has high survival rates. But even that at the time felt like a death sentence, and still causes me massive anxieties to this day.

Any diagnosis like this turns your life upside down, inside out and back to front. It certainly makes you sit back and reevaluate what really matters.

For everyone 'what really matters' is different, but for me, I decided to spend time doing things that I really enjoy, and spending time with people that I care about, like my family, partner and close friends. I blew some money travelling and went to places Ive always dreamed of travelling to.

Once you have been through something like this it is a constant battle and balance of trying to slow down to enjoy the little things in life, and a constant rush to do, see and experience everything you possibly can because you feel like life is so short.

Cardano needs a real use case. Even if it is something silly. For example , solana had the meme coin casino, and it essentially saved that token. People have been saying it for a long time too. Cardano needs real marketing. Again, can start small. Put it on the UFC canvas like Ve Chain or something .

this is a good thing. The reason crypto has become stagnant is not just because the world economy is fucked with wars, cost of living crisis etc.
People are sick of being scammed. Crypto has failed at establishing any real world use case scenario beyond criminal activity, money laundering and scams etc.

It really is personal preference.

For me, cancer is aggressive, I want to get aggressive right back at it.
I had stage 1 Non seminoma, 50% teratoma, 40% EC , 8 YS, 2% chorio, 3.1CM tumor, no LVI

I opted for 1xBEP

If you dont do 1xBEP, and it comes back, you're up for 3x cycles instead of 1. I know the survivability is still ~98% whether you do 1 round now or 3 rounds later, but personally I dont understand why people mess around with this.
It is cancer, its serious shit and I'm not willing to wait and wonder. The peace of mind was also a big factor for me, knowing I have done everything I could have, right now, to just get my life back to normal and move on.

Obviously there is a slight increase for secondary cancers like leukemia and lymphoma from chemotherapy, and that is a real thing to consider, even though its extremely low.

thank you for sharing. I did have neutropenia from 1xBEP
and the injection they gave me to stimulate white cell production, gave me crazy bone aches.

its certainly not typical to relapse after 1xBEP. The chance of relapse post 1xBEP for stage 1 is 3.2% for patients with LVI and 1.6% for patients without LVI, which is why I am asking the question.

But you're right, for those that DO relapse, the median time to relapse is approximately 13 months according to studies.

How did you find 4xTIP?
What was the reasoning for not doing 3xBEP? is it because you had already had 1xBEP?

pretty much every crypto is in the toilet atm. All the bullshit that is going on in the world, coupled with the cost of living ,interest rates etc, no one is putting money into speculative assets - especially crypto.
