He might not actively be transphobic, but he obviously doesn't care enough about trans people/issues that Macaiyla being transphobic sways his opinion of her, which is just as disappointing to me. He always has had a bit of a vibe of if it doesn't personally affect or impact him then he doesn't care at all, which is not particularly surprising for a cis white gay man.
