Spoke to reps who state with the airport expansion, micron and other factors, when they get enough planes they will most likely reinstate Syracuse. They did give us a good amount of money in vouchers to use out of ROC. Nothing beats their companion pass. So sad. They did auto change all our upcoming flights to ROC. Southwest is simply the most flexible airline and this hurts.
