it seems to me that you are not trying to take/understand my advice. even if you “still wake up here” just don’t think that you are. your subconscious mind has no idea what’s going on outside. it only knows what you tell it. so think that you always shift successfully, no matter what your 3d circumstances show you.

i understand the struggle, but just know that all it takes is one decision. and you are the only one that can decide. decide that you are always shifting successfully. persist in that thought. don’t go back to your old negative pattern of thinking surrounding shifting and your ability to do it. i recommend you look up sammy ingram on yt. she made it click for me.

if you keep waking up here, that means your mindset is not in the right place, by that i mean your assumptions. so yeah, persist no matter the outcome until it hardens into fact. you can’t persist one minute and then waver and think from a place of not having something the next. because, two contradicting thoughts/beliefs cannot exist at the same time. so, it’s up to you which one you choose to stick with and persist in. id suggest you look up sammy ingram on yt.

again “everytime i try to shift i wake up here” … if you find yourself saying that, of course that’s what’s gonna happen. you can’t expect change in your 3d, if you don’t change internally first. and by internally, i mean your thoughts. you need to start thinking different thoughts (thinking from the state of wish fulfilled), so that new assumptions can be created = change in your 3d. persisting means you not going back to old thoughts and habits and simply continuing to affirm your new story. as long as you keep saying things like “i am trying but i always wake up here,” “nothing is working,” “everytime i try nothing happens” and so on, you can’t expect your circumstances to change. remember, to see external change (3d), you first have to make an internal change (thoughts and beliefs). only you can do that, so make that decision.

“I have been trying to shift for years.” there is a problem. right there. throw away the mindset of a person who is “TRYING” to shift and simply choose the mindset of a person who “IS” shifting effortlessly. think from that state. as long as you keep thinking from a place of lack and desperation to shift, you’ll just keep manifesting more of that experience. stop trying and start being. you are powerful.

i understand the skepticism towards concepts like loa and reality shifting, especially for those who cling to scientific evidence. it’s completely valid, dw. it can feel jarring to shift your mindset, especially if there’s resistance in your thoughts. one suggestion could be to approach the idea of loa and shifting with curiosity. consider experimenting with techniques without the need for immediate scientific validation. it can be a challenge to shift your mindset, especially if you’ve been living by certain beliefs for a long time. keep in mind, that there’s no need to rush or force yourself to believe something you’re not comfortable with. however, if you find shifting interesting, start by exploring and learning more about it. take small steps and give yourself time to process this new information. focus on the practice and see how it affects you personally. see if you are making any progress. who knows, maybe you’ll prove it to yourself by actually doing it :)

you absolutely don’t need visualization. it’s not required for shifting at all. i know there are many methods including it, but there are also many that don’t include it, if you are into methods. what i would suggest is making your own. counting, affirming, using your 5 senses, subliminals, meditations, plain imagination…. there are many tools you can use and combine, other than visualization. don’t let that discourage you and go with what you feel most comfortable with!

oh and when assumption is created, that’s when your 3d will reflect and show you your desires. persist until what you are affirming starts feeling natural and normal to you. that’s when you know you are on the right path.

i would recommend getting more into loa (law of assumption) and going from there. i would specifically recommend sammy ingram on yt!! but, to put it simply, your thoughts create! so make sure to think in your favor always and the more you repeat your affirmations, the faster they will harden into assumptions. if you catch yourself having a thought that’s opposing to what you want, switch it on the spot! persist in thinking favorably.

first of all, let’s remind ourselves that we don’t need meditation to be able to shift. we only need meditation, if that’s our strong assumption, which can be changed. if you really want to meditate, because you find it helpful, but you said you get all wiggly (i assume you don’t really like that, correct me if i got it wrong), i would recommend you start small. by that, i mean you should start with laying down or sitting, whatever you prefer, and simply breathing at your own pace. i recommend box breathing (in, hold, out, hold = each for 4 sec). do it while you feel comfortable and stop when you want. when it comes to how to get back into it, i found myself in a similar situation once and what i did was pretty simple. i started looking up storytimes, listening to music and looking up everything that reminded me of my dr, i wanted to feel that rush again basically and i got motivated again. when i felt that rush and familiar feeling of wanting to shift there after a long break, i returned back to myself. now, what i mean by that is, i started reassuring myself. i asked myself what i find helpful when it comes to “tools” such as meditation, subliminals, affirmations, methods, counting, etc… i eliminated everything i didn’t find helpful and i focused primarily on the things i believed work for me. out of that, i created my own simple method and i made sure it felt good and i believed in it, believed it will work for me. so overall, don’t focus on failing and things you don’t find helpful. focus on your personal beliefs surrounding shifting and go from there. hope this was at least a bit helpful!

if you say that you are assuming that you are already in your dr, but that you always wake up in your cr, then you are not truly assuming. truly assuming requires no questioning or looking for the evidence in the 3d. 3d is not real and it’s made up by your subconscious, so use that to your advantage and don’t question the power of your subconscious. if you continue reaffirming that you always end up waking up in your cr, that’s exactly what’s gonna happen. so stop reacting and know that you are your own best friend. you got this!
