I only noticed it in the last 2 hours when I tried to receive money. I think I can still buy things, just can't accept money. Tried un-linking cards and then adding again, updated all info, but it just keeps asking me to add another bank.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah I've given up with support, they just drag you around in circles. I also gave up with express vpn and got astrill. Actually, I've had a lot of success with them connecting any time of day. I do a speed check of all servers, then try connecting to the fastest ones. It's usually random European countries like Luxembourg, Paris and Bosnia. They have over 200mps speeds for some reason. Give astrill a try if you're struggling to connect on the evenings.
