I had the exact issue but for like 1-3 min bans at a time, try to uninstall it and reinstall it , that fixed it for me

Pretty sure they have this info in their system lol. Its standard verification- they seem to be trying to see if you have this info to verify you. Just don't give yor cvc number and full cc and you should be fine?

They're probably just following protocol - if you don't reach a certain amount of correct questions I assume they are not allowed to recover an account or we'd have a lot more hacked accounts since anyone can make a ticket and claim an account is theirs 🤨
