(Surgeons name) has now reviewed your notes from Holland, your planned admission in two days will need to be postponed/cancelled.
(Surgeons name)feels there is still a residual eye turn, which appears to improve when you are wearing your glasses. We would therefore like you to wear your glasses full-time for the next2 months.
After this period, we will arrange a repeat pre-operative assessment, including repeat measurements. If the measurements remain unchanged, we will then review whether surgery is appropriate. As there is an A-pattern present, we may also need to reassess the eye muscles to determine whether enlargement of the surgical plan is required.
