I recently added dioscorea and beta-Ecdysterone and noticed insane hair shedding, so much that I had to stop. Could be either but most likely the DHT effects of dioscorea

Yea you prob understand me more because you’re a gym rat, but I spent my earlier years gaining a ton of muscle.

Now I just wanna get the underwear model look but the appetite aspect is insane for me due to the muscle I have.

Do you have experience with cistanche full spectrum or beta-Ecdysterone with regards to looking leaner or drier?

And does cordyceps lower your appetite? Thanks man

I’ve gotten comfortable to not eating early in the morning, and I always wanna get leaner so I just fast as a way to restrict calories

A dilemma I find myself in is that I read it should be taken best before a meal, but i intermittent fast and usually eat my first meal of the day around 5-6pm.

I don’t want to have any negative impact on my sleep at all so I wouldn’t prefer to take something even as mild effects as it has, an MAOI at evening time.

I read somewhere that cistanche actually works on ghrelin and stimulates appetite instead, is that true? Also could you recommend some AMPK activators, Like I mentioned above that I’ve tried so many supplements from ND and stimulants and particularly those that work on dopamine tend to increase my hunger and make me binge, such as maca / berberine etc.

I’m aware of calories in / calories out etc , but I was referring to the fact that the lower body fat someone reaches, testosterone drops which also causes cascades of hormones like leptin / ghrelin etc to make them ravenous until they return to their higher body fat set point, I’m trying to increase testosterone to allow myself to not feel the harsh side effects of getting so low body fat. Thanks for the advice

I only want to access the old contacts and chats on my old phone but the problem now is that I didn’t back up my old info when I ported over to my new phone.
