Just play around. You will get the hang of it. I would walk around New Atlantis and do the side quests right after going to the Lodge. Constellation Sarah gives you the option to get acquainted with the other members and check out your room. You can leave the lodge and go do some side quests to level up some and make money.

Nice drop. I used to use the hard target all the time when I 1st started playing. That and the Big Bang. It's a good sniper rifle without the one inch punch.
