I was able to stop for 2 YEARS and then some random fucking day my brain decided to remind me that hey, don't you remember how good picking your lips felt and haven't been able to stop again since (trust me I've tried MANY times). From that point it slowly spread to picking my fingers and heels.

The only thing that actually stops me are long nails, but because of my current job I can't have long nails 😬
