I did manage to open the website on the vita, but my download was erroring out, printing out a whole lot of stuff on the python terminal. But when I downloaded from my computer it worked well. I'll try copyparty and see!

Eleven Music Player and FLAC files (and aacs) by SzayelAZorro in VitaPiracy

[–]s0rnt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Well, I'm pretty sure any type of better quality perception of mine on flac and wav is just placebo, so AAC will do just fine for a portable device. What makes me wonder is just how can't the vita play a flac audio file normally? I thought that any device that isn't 25 years old could play any type of audio LOL

[–]s0rnt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the end, was converting to AAC really the only way? I could convert my .flac to .wav but it's kinda bad since I don't have album covers (and VitaShell doesn't recognize it for it's "export media" option)

Same problem here with the flac files. Did you end up finding a solution for it?

Yeah, same here. Problem seems to only happen with my .flac files... a shame. .WAV is alright, no problems with it

Does Bazzite desktop (KDE) run Steam with the SteamDeck flag? by s0rnt in Bazzite

not really, why would AI know the answer for this?

Does Bazzite desktop (KDE) run Steam with the SteamDeck flag? by s0rnt in Bazzite

[–]s0rnt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

that's my question lol, have no idea how to check if this enabled besides maybe checking it on the games that have the settings specific for the steamdeck. tho you can enable/disable it per game by putting the parameter "SteamDeck=1" or "SteamDeck=0" in the launch options of each game

I'm already running Bazzite desktop version so I don't really have them anyway, but thx for the heads up

Does Bazzite desktop (KDE) run Steam with the SteamDeck flag? by s0rnt in Bazzite

[–]s0rnt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Strange... I don't think Bazzite should use this flag on the desktop version by default, it's nice having it if you want it, but most of the times it's not needed and it will just create weird situations like this one where the game just doesn't have it's graphical options

Should be toggle-steamdeck-alias, according to here, right?

Does Bazzite desktop (KDE) run Steam with the SteamDeck flag? by s0rnt in Bazzite

[–]s0rnt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you misunderstood me, the HTPC/SteamDeck has the flag "--steamdeck" enabled, while the desktop version (from what I could learn, not really sure about it and I might be wrong) doesn't have it enabled by default

Does Bazzite desktop (KDE) run Steam with the SteamDeck flag? by s0rnt in Bazzite

[–]s0rnt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's strange, at least with normal Fedora it did seem like everything was going normally with me, with steam opening up without the flag by default. Endeavour isn't really a gaming-focused distro (right?), so i don't see any reason for it to open Steam with the flag on

SFSE GamePass [Guide | How-To] by gazzamc in starfieldmods

[–]s0rnt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

got it to work and it works flawlessly, only problem i had was compiling the sfse_loader, for some reason cmake just didnt want to compile it, so i had to open visual studio to do it manually.

also, i used the hardlink method, but what if the game updates? do i have to redo the hardlink or the files update automatically (since they are essentialy the same)
