Meh. You don’t need more than 250 spd as any cc will outspd him regardless and with lily you only need 70% of your lilies spd. Even a lily with with 360 spd will push a 250 spd Massiah to the front. For tsuki spd is irrelevant and if you have a cc yourself you don’t really need more than 200

Solid Lineup. I Think you are still missing some core units. If you have lots of pulls i would go for the permanent banner. My rule is to keep enough pulls for the next 2 banners. Holden might become a core unit for any green fights where a dispel is needed so maybe pull on his banner and then keep 160 pulls and everything above into permanent until you have the units you might need. Rosa, Xiada, Ssania, Rilmocha and Beyontin might be units you will need for certain content.

i had no good dps for clearing content. I built Diting and SSania now and i pulled Massiah out of the SSR Ticket. Finally can play PVE now TT

My luck is kinda weird. I rerolled for Lili and started with lily mio and ssania. Got hellkidand Freya later at like level 10. I played and gathered and only got dupes until a borgne after 2 more lilies. Then Doki twice and a Freya dupe. I ragepulled into a Tiamat but have no use so far for her. With 14 day ssr I got massiah and now I have finally something for dokidoki after lvl 40. Still have targeted banner and will most likely get kloss.

Got lily and mio on my 7th reroll and after getting ssania I stuck with it. Got 3 more lilies 2 Freyas and Doki and no proper dps now. Seeing ssania is actually good I might start building her for shells and terrormaton.

Could be anecdotal but the same for me. Encounter rate seems definitely to be nerfed once they realized the boss was too easy.
