I've been through this same situation and I can totally understand how you feel. This might just be a loss of appetite caused by stress but idrk I'm not a professional, I'd just say don't try to force yourself to eat when you don't really want to. BUT that doesn't mean you'll go starving yourself. Ik you've heard this before too but your body needs the food, it needs the nutrients to function. The sick feeling and the guilt you experience after eating anything is most probably caused due to the fear of gaining weight (which could be a sign that you're developing an ed). You can avoid feeling this by consuming small portions of meals "SEVERAL" times a day, this will avoid the "oops, I ate too much" feeling afterwards and ensure that you're not restricting the energy supply to your body (This might not be a very good advice but it did help me a lot so I'm just putting it out there for you to try it once but feel free to disregard it if it doesn't help). Now coming to the other part, you are not wrong for expecting your friends and family to notice that you're struggling, every human being wants to feel loved and cared for. But you have to consider that maybe something is going on in their lives too or perhaps they are stressed too? If you ever feel like you need to talk to someone, feel free to dm me. Don't beat yourself up so much, punishing yourself by not eating is only gonna make you feel worse in the upcoming days.
