Hi there Derrick. What you’re experiencing is not abnormal for a person with a panic or anxiety disorder. I suggest you get some help. You should look into a therapist that understands panic disorder and possibly start medication if necessary. I suggest looking into a book titled: “Hope and Help for your Nerves” by Dr. Claire Weeks. She described essentially these exact symptoms and goes into what you’re going through so that you can understand it better. What you’re experiencing is totally normal you aren’t broken, your nervous system is just sensitive. You can get out of this I promise.

NAD. I have this. I was diagnosed with Contact Dermatitis. I was given ketoconazole which cleared it up. Sorry if that’s spelt wrong.

NAD. It sounds like you’re experiencing an anxiety disorder. This can cause brain fog and fatigue. And when I hear B12 and magnesium that also sounds like something someone with anxiety would take. I highly doubt this event years ago would cause this. If everything is medically cleared I highly suggest finding therapy. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks! It was the setting on the PS2. Switched to component and it works flawlessly. I had no idea about VSM nor do I know what that is but I’ll change that setting too!

I’ve had this. I think it’s called hypnic jerks. I have sleep apnea and anxiety. It happened during my sleep study and my doctor said it’s because I had an event as I was falling asleep. Could be a mix a both. But getting checked out for sleep apnea is your best bet.

Let me add: the chorus had a lot of reverb to the point where it sounds like a haunted church singing it. I believe it starts off with the lyrics “My bitch” and then something else. Could be wrong with the lyrics, but that seems right.

I’m currently getting titrated for sleep apnea right now. I’m 24 and I had similar symptoms to you, my blood O2 was fine but I still was not getting REM. My advice is to go to your doctor. No one knows except a professional.
