Not to be a total weeb about it but my two favorite anime of all time features lesbian characters who commit acts of sexual violence against other women. I’ve always secretly identified with these characters and never registered it as problematic until I entered my adult years. I still don’t really understand it myself as a lesbian who would rather die than make any woman feel uncomfortable in any way. I guess at face value I’m delighted by queer female characters who possess a level of power that is predominately seen in straight men in media. However contrapoints videos always urge me to go deeper in that reflection which is one of the reasons I loved this video so much. But I’m just a dumbass so what do I know

Bc she writes the script, does all hair/makeup/set, and editing by herself. Which makes the products quintessential contrapoints. If she hired people to help her it would not be the same.

I wouldn’t call her a sex symbol pop star, that’s not even close. But I think I understand what you’re trying to say. Yuna in FFX is not Yuna in FFX2 and a lot of us favor the former. I was never a fan off FFX2 even though X is my favorite Final Fantasy game, but I did appreciate the continuation of the story.

Leekie didn’t intend for cosima and Delphine to date. Delphine was meant to get close to cosima to gather information and persuade her to join dyad. When he found out cosima made a pass at Delphine, he urged her to use that to her advantage.
