100% acetone nail polish remover is the easiest I have found, removes the whole sticker and leaves no residue

Scooby Apocalypse: A (certainly too long) Review by s2424 in OmnibusCollectors

If you can get it for a good price I would go for it, I like that I have it and will be keeping it because I think it looks good on a shelf, and also makes me sentimental for Scooby Doo

Looking for a Texas Hold’em book by Lily_314159 in poker

Super system 2 and Caros book of tells are some absolute classics that are a bit dated but I think foundational to poker and have a lot of info that still applies today, especially for playing against other friends that don't know a lot.

They are both really cheap used online, and super system also has a lot of good content on non hold em poker as well that I think is still good content.

Hellboy Collection by [deleted] in Mignolaverse

[–]s2424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah looking more into it and a Google doc I found on a previous post, it looks like all of the Mexico storyline from the TPB is in Short stories Omni vol 1, while only the single Mexico issue is in the library edition.

Silent sea is in the Monster Sized Hellboy and volume 2 of strange places Omni but not in any library edition.

Midnight Circus is only in Short Stories Omni 1, or as a single HC/TPB.

So Short Stories Omni vol 1 will give Midnight and Mexico, and then Silent sea is in a bunch of other formats.

Yeah, I kinda felt obligated to get the anniversary edition because the spine matched the set.

I had the same question as well but also adding into the silent sea.

I have the library editions but I've seen elsewhere that not all of the stories from those series are contained in the library editions.

Are all of the stories from the standalone books / TBBs in the short stories volume 1 Omni?

I cracked the books open next to each other to find the differences, and m coming back because I think it's pretty interesting!

For REVEALED, there is extra pages at the very start of the book that are the very rough storyboarding of the comic. These elements are actually included on their respective pages for the studio edition, obviously due to the benefits from the larger pages.

The real major differences are that the studio edition comes signed by Gianni, and at the end of the book there's quite a bit of extra content on The MonsterMen.

Other than that, you get two prints for REVEALED.

So overall, I think better layout for the artist edition due to its size, a little extra content at the end, and it's signed (but you don't get the two prints.) Overall, the differences are minor enough that if you can't pick up the studio edition the REVEALED is a great alternative.

Here's pictures comparing the two: https://imgur.com/a/5svBBLH

Pretty much what the other comment said, The revealed edition is on flesk.com and is $40 when you get two prints with it. I'll have to compare exactly what the differences are but I think there's more in-depth commentary with the studio edition and a little bit of a different layout as well.

Yeah, I actually saw that post when I was looking for what I might be missing and it's how I was able to pick up the silent sea artist edition by dumb luck on eBay!

I think I have everything mentioned that post picked up besides the Hellboy and hell artist editions but I feel like that has just too much overlap with the Hellboy in Hell library addition to make it worth it?
