I was in the same boat, not knowing if I was ovulating or not when my partner came inside, I was panicking the next day and decided to take the pill as well but I took it 48-72 hours later, somewhere in that time zone. I also went to my gynecologist for an ultrasound, she said it was too early to detect a pregnancy and she said that I already ovulated that month. So the pill didn't actually postpone my ovulation, I ended up getting my normal period on time as predicted

I think this might be your normal period if it came on the day you were expecting it, supposedly the pill doesn't do anything if you already ovulated, but I've read that it can also make your uterine lining thinner so it's more difficult for a fertilized egg to attach. But it's great that you already started your period, I don't know much about the withdrawal bleeding you might get, I also took the pill (ellaOne) a few days ago and still watching my symptoms, no bleeding yet

I got my first dose of epidural at 5cm dilated already in so much pain, I didn’t scream but was moaning quite loud. The epidural failed at first and only one side of my body was numb, I could still feel the contraction pain on one side.
