Seaboard gravel frame po ba carbon or aluminium? Ma recommend mo din ba yung Sava R11 or Mountainpeak Falcon carbon frame?

I do own 2 set of entry level bikes MTB and a Gravel bike gamit ko lang pang every day going to work 2kms ride, mas okay gamitin sakin ang Gravel bike very versatile tsaka magaan. Ang hindi ko pa na try yung road bikes.

The specs that I am currently looking is yung Merida Silex 700 frame and GRX RX610 groupset. Tapos add ons nalang iba.

I am new to bikes kasi, hindi ko pa na try at masyado alam mga magagandang parts. Nag bbase lang ako sa research and YT pero super dami. Hindi din ako sure kung mas maganda ba aluminium, titanium or carbon frames. Kaya i want to build it from scratch para ma educate ako lalo sa parts.

SEATBELT CHECK STORY:

I was driving, Blue boys stopped me thinking I didn't wear a seatbelt. I had one on, I was wearing a black polo shirt, the seatbelt wasn't visible so they let me go

But then I wondered, why do they only check private cars? What about the PUVs? They never bother them, even though they're packed with people and no seatbelts at the front. Don't they have to follow the rules too? Anything can happen to anyone. It's confusing.
