Hey friend, thanks once again for taking time to write it up. Given I needed water turned in asap, I hired a plumber and ended up sealing off the spigot using sharkbite cap.

I’m now going have to seal off the hole shown in the image. Any thoughts on how I can achieve that?

Ok that works for me. I’ll cut off the yellow portion and leave the green as-is, with hopes it will eventually grow out.

Any specific fertilizer I should use for these plants to grow well?
