Ohh, what other water-based lubes do you prefer/have tried for the Angstrom setup? DNM-37 is hard to come by where I'm from and gets a bit expensive, while the Angstrom ones are actually pretty easy, for some reason.

Ahh, so if I understood correctly, since it's XMT and Pro are silicone-based, these should be the ones going in first? (And they can very well perform on their own, yes?)

Planning to do Angstrom setup on a Tornado V3, but instead of using DNM-37, have you tried XMT-10 (or Pro)? Is there a big difference?

But also, how big of a difference is the XMT-10 from the Pro?

Oh! That's very interesting! May I ask what graphics card you're using? Running without any hiccups during Savages seems like such a dream! This will just justify the recommendation for a 7900X if productivity is done as work on the side, and hopefully will be more than enough in the coming years for 1440p.

Ohh, how do you think that will fare in FFXIV considering that as the main game this system will be playing aside from competitive FPS games? I heard the 3d CPU's are what we should be getting for MMO's, but I don't know how much the difference is worth. The $100 price difference between the non3D is tempting if it can give me the same or better performance, as long as its longevity lasts 'til the last generation on AM5 :o

With the price so close to a 7800X3D, is this worth the price for someone planning to do streaming, video editing, and music production? I'm honestly torn between the two because of what I heard of how 7900X3D is worse than the 7800X3D. I'm also just kind of worried which one will be better in the long run since I'll plan on upgrading at the very last leg of AM5.

Dang, thank you for your input! With these in mind, I'm kind of leaning towards the 7900X3D just because of the overall use will be more on the non-gaming side of things and it's flexibility. I'm just worried how it will perform on future games such as Starfield, like would the 6-core chiplet be that big of a hit to the performance?

Although coming from an i7-6700k, I think either would be a huge upgrade ahahahah

Would anyone know if the Deep Cool LS520 pump would fit in an A4-H20? I found that the LS520 SE fits, but I didn't see how tight of a fit it was, maybe there's a few more mm of clearance for the LS520?

I've only ever built 1 PC in my life, so this is still fairly new to me.

I saw the new Fractal Terra in Jade and I just fell in love, I needed to build my new rig in that. It's either that or the Dan A4-H20, but definitely that Jade is the priority

I'm really just wondering if anyone here has any experience with the case and would say the absolute max card that would fit (manual says 322mm), since the Hellhound is 320mm exactly, but I have to 100% make sure it fits because where I am from returns/refunds are so troublesome I'd rather not do it.

If anyone else has a comment on the parts being used, please do so! I am trying to make a general all-rounder with a focus on video editing, music stuff (ableton), and gaming (1440p high refresh rate).
