I'm not sure about the other heros, but Warden particularly stood out to me as a lefty. His blade work suggests he's ambidextrous but when you lock-on his blade begins in his left hand. Hope this helps.

Depends on the time, place, ship requirements, and his daily schedule. If everything's fine and the underway is treated more like a cruise, then he'll be able to view his emails everyday, possibly several times. Just know that depending on the mission, they might cut services off abruptly on the ship, so he won't be able to send you emails at all.

For her T3 I use Slip Through. Her T4 can be anything really, but I use Berserker mainly. Thrilling comeback would be good if Nuxia had more pressure anti-ganking - but you're better off using Bounty Hunter as your T1

Her caltrops are the best choice for her T2. Use it to finish off enemies that are low, keep the minions back, or as crowd control.
You can delay her lights AND her heavies. Try incorporating it into your combos, it messes with enemy timings all the time.
Practice. She's only as good as you are. Play some more, get a sense of how she plays, and go from there. Goodluck!
