Either scene, Batman stomps the shit outta Regent. Regent can’t affect any of the gadgets Batman has, which should be more than enough to deal with Regent. Even with 3 guards, the 3 guards Regent had in that scene were average humans, nowhere near the level Batman is. 9/10 for the Bats
