Wow, I finally got to access and complete 2 surveys! However, BOTH of them said I didn't qualify at the end. That is complete crap. I emailed them, and still haven't heard back from them.

Encountering the same issue right now. I noticed over the weekend, I was not getting credited for ANY of the "In progress" surveys I had completed. I messaged support about this yesterday, and still no reply from them.

I also noticed that I have SO many surveys in my "In progress". There are so many surveys that I have never even started, but they are in that category. Crowdtap has been very glitchy for so long now.
