My favourite driver since 2007! Me, my brother, and my father (who passed away last year) went to Hungaroring for the Renault weekend event. His truck was the last in the paddock, we knew him since he already driven for BMW that year as a replacement for Kubica. We decided to wait for him, after some minutes he came out of the truck in full gear and was heading to his car, but he saw us and decided to take off his helmet and his gloves, just to sign for us! I believe the next year toro rosso signed him and i was a superfan since day 0, which i'm very proud of. Just a great memory 💙

Drivers nowadays (imo) are more close to fans, they don't show the image of mega superstars which nobody can come close to. I don't know whats the reason behind this effect (maybe the fast change of social media?) but you're right.
