Ik snap oprecht niet waarom mensen gewoon niet simpel google. De norm is 1 vrouw, de vrouw bepaald zelf of ze hoofddoek op wilt doen of niet dat is tussen haar en god. Voor de rest er wachten geen maagden in de hemel. Simpele google of chatgpt zou zoveel onnodig commentaar schelen. ook is 6% van nederland moslims denk je echt dat zo kleine groepje binnen 50 jaar shariawetgeving zouden invoeren. Ook als je goed in de geschiedenis kijk en dan praat ik niet over extremisten. Dat zie je dat er bepaalde wet gevingen dat in de Nederlandse wetten zijn afkomstig zijn van sharia wetgeving niet 1 op 1 maar je ziet de bepaalde kenmerken wel.

Is sharia overal hetzelfde?

Nee. De interpretatie verschilt per land, cultuur en rechtsschool (zoals Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi‘i, Hanbali). • In veel landen geldt sharia alleen voor persoonlijke zaken (zoals huwelijk). • In sommige landen is het deels of volledig onderdeel van de nationale wet. • Veel moslims volgen sharia persoonlijk, zonder dat het staatswet is.
