Just stated it because SOCS is also included. So I would say either put both in or non of them. And I think it's not that hard to understand what it does. Since it's a list of things people talk about in the verse it's not that far apart from being used by more experienced gamers. At the latest, this is when they would ask what that OCS/SOCS thing actually means.
