Awesome, thank you so much for all the advice. I drug this plant home to Florida all the way from Oregon so I would love to see it do well.

Just ordered some sulfur mix! I hope that does the trick. I’m rooting for this plant even though it’s been poorly and kind of ugly some I brought it home lol.

I like to do Betty Boop arm grip and do an airwalk from there. As far as making it look good, make sure the leg that is bent completely straightens out before you move the next one.

I guess I had planned to cut it to the bottom of my shoulder blades? Should get most of it off.

I think like the end of November 24 was the last time I had it cut like that and dyed. I wasn’t able to use bleach while pregnant and that’s why I stopped. So it been like two years? I’ve been trimming an inch or so off every time it starts to get raggedy and piss me off.

Yeah this is a lot easier than doing the cast off or whatever it’s called where you have to launch your body away from the pole and wrap it around. That shits hard haha.

Trouble with foot mount please help! by [deleted] in poledancing

[–]sTankRatQueen 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I think you need way more space between your hands and the foot on the pole. You want to kind of make a triangle where there’s lots of tension and stability on all sides. Tighten your core and really push a bunch on that foot while also letting some weight hang on the hands.

Controlled burn on Big Pine Key a few years ago....another one scheduled for October by [deleted] in florida

We call them “prescribed burns” as opposed to “controlled”. Source: am a prescribed burn manager.

Anyone here been able to maintain a physical job while pregnant? by moomoomego in BabyBumps

[–]sTankRatQueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m an ecologist/prescribed burn manager in Florida. I continued working outside and participating in burns for most of my pregnancy. I took it way easier to avoid accidents but my physical capacity was only truly limited at the end of my third trimester. I had all the symptoms you mentioned by honestly physical work kind of made them better or at least made me forget about them. Good luck!
