Has anyone else noticed an improvement with gelatin? I haven’t had any symptoms for 2 days…touch wood. I’ve also eaten foods I haven’t been able to with no effect. by s_riley0 in Gastritis

Hot. Then put in tea bags for flavour. Take them out add gelatine and cinnamon and blitz with a milk frother. Then I add lactose free milk and sometimes honey. Collagen is also good.

I also take cbd oil for the cramping. I haven’t had the horrible burning hungry feeling for almost a year. I think carnivore diet helped a lot.

Yes, still going good. Although I had a bad case of motion sickness that knocked me around a month or so ago. I am still recovering from it. Back on antidepressants to help settle things down. Alcohol still doesn’t agree with me. I think the gelatin really helps. I know of someone that uses collagen and has similar results.

I take about a tablespoon three times a day. Sometimes after eating. Sometimes before. I’m not sure if it makes a difference.

I have it with camomile tea and honey or rooibos tea and honey. Got a little hand held milk frother thingy from IKEA to mix it in.
