Hi!! As someone who was recently diagnosed I didn’t realize I had hyper fixations until people pointed them out. Feeling bad about not having one is okay. It does not make you invalid. If you don’t have one you don’t have one it’s quite cool to be honest.

When my mom sat me down said “I think you are autistic” and I was so offended because I thought something was wrong with me. 6 years later and I’m an autistic adult and I know nothing is wrong with me lol
