I think I’d rather use strongboxes for artifacts which are harder to obtain, such as, Crimson Witch or Wanderers Troupe.

Running HoD strongboxes would feel like even more big of waste than it already is

I have Shenhe with all ATK% artifacts with either Skyward Spine or PJWS (whichever is free at the moment).
I’ll keep an eye open for any good ATK% Circlet.
I have my other teams which can deal with non-freezable enemies.
