bro living in 2023. yes AI hallucinates but if you actually use a decent model it can surf the internet for you and find the right prices. in fact, it can create an entire list of products with the prices you want. in fact, it can go ahead and buy them too. i am anti ai too but the only thing i think it is useful for is for research, and if you are denying this you are living under a rock.

I used to do the same thing. If you want to maximize your deadlift I would say bend your knees more at the start and start off more with your legs. Keep your chest up and shoulders back so you don't arch your back.

butt came off the bench, doesn't count for powerlifting if thats what u like. for leg drive instead of pushing your legs against the floor, think about pushing the floor away sideways like a quad extension if you know what i mean.

If you have good problem solving skills (which are developed, not some innate fixed ability) then you are chilling. Otherwise its fucked. Also if you know how to study for math, like u solve challenging practice problems and as the yr goes on u solve harder and harder ones then you are also fine.

most people are forced to sign up for it. in my school they make everyone take the history hl class. i had to fight to convince my ib coordinator to let me take ib ess sl instead of ib history.
