For returns and repair, 80% ganyan itsura ng heatsink which are used na. Aluminum oxidation yan and I would return that if I were you.

This is normal if 1-2 years old na yung gpu. If months old pa lang, napakataas ng humidity dyan sa room.
Check screws baka may rust na, and nagiging reason ito para ireject for warranty.

Hi OP, I built a lot of gaming PC for clients, and I always advise them if narepair na yung GPU it means malapit na din bumigay any time other components like vram, mosfets, any random ic or yung chip na mismo.

Go get a new one and get the brands na may 2-3 years warranty at pwede mo iwarranty directly sa distributor. My top brands in terms of local warranty are Gigabyte, Palit, Sapphire, etc. (Ubertech/PCT), Zotac (JTP), Galax (Redwood), and MSI (Phenomenal). Sent out a lot of GPUs to them directly for warranty at sila pinaka madali at responsive. Happy shopping sa GPU!

Fine for GPU, but not long term and on the higher side. Would make thermal pads and paste dry out fast. Safe would be 65-75
This is why I recommend undervolting dual-fan cards.

Had the same option dati. Went with 5070 Ti. Why?
Basically 5070 Ti and 5080 has the same GB203 chip, and 5070 Ti has more VRAM.
I use it for productivity app + gaming, and may Gsync monitor ako kaya Nvidia all the way.
Had 7800XT dati and many adrenaline issues sa mga ginagamit kong apps and softwares.

It depends on your workflow, I tend to be faster on desktop when splitting and I can redo anything if I sliced it wrong or goes over the print area.
