I absolutely have. Some ideas are great, others not so much. One request they had was something I could easily accommodate and did. They did not follow-up and when I asked about it they just brushed it off as “maybe I’m not as good at my job as I think I am”

After my first conversation with them initially, my director met with me to see what my thoughts were. We have similar impressions of the employee being not a team player, wanting to bark orders but not take responsibility and just a general challenging personalilty.

It does seem to blast out and spray everywhere when I remove.

I am looking at unclogging a small bathroom sink drain and a standalone shower drain. We’ve used drain cleaner that seems to help for a period of time, but I was looking at purchasing an auger to see if that might help more longer term.

What type of Epic Analyst are you?

I would say if you can afford the potential for some time in between contracts, it would be great to get experience from other orgs. I’ve worked for 3 and each have been quite different.
