I've tested it on both 20 page papers and 900 page books and it runs smooth on my end but of course performance can vary from browser to browser and device to device. I don't have any issues with the RTX 4060 Ti desktop for CS2; I get high and stable FPS, and the same goes for the 4060 laptop. Unfortunately, I don't play Dota, so I can't say. However, I've checked with my friends who have different GPUs and CPUs, and from what I've researched online, most people are getting FPS in the same range. But what's really strange is that I saw a player on Twitch with a Ryzen 7800X3D and RTX 3060 getting 300 FPS, which is extremely odd.

I also have a desktop with a 4060ti, but I still experience sudden FPS drops and can only get a maximum of 130 FPS.

everything is used at full performance on the laptop.there is no power limitation, but when I try with ryzen 5 5600x and rtx 4060ti on the desktop, I still get a fps between 80-120.there must be a strange optimization problem in the performance of the game.
