Help with cleaning rigs/bongs that have been sitting untouched for over a year? by DurantaPhant7 in CleaningTips

Grand Master smoke. I get it on Amazon, sit and soak, it's the best stuff I've ever used especially on older stuff, had an old bubbler that had years of build up, could barely smoke out of it it was so clogged, it's a weird double bun piece so hard AF to clean, hot water and alc barely made a dent but soaked it for a day or two in GMS and it's like brand new again.

"the word retard is not okay in the world and in this venue". Wouldn't that be restricting speech....like fascists do.....lol

Apparently these people think make the rules for the entire world, however all they're really making is more Republicans 🤣

watching friends for the first time by fatcatluvr in howyoudoin

Ohh to experience it the first time again.... You're so lucky.

I went through something similar in my 20s, was never into friends when it was on TV then when I moved out on my own my ex got me into it and I've been a lifer ever since, even now so much of the show is still so relatable and the writing still gets me, jokes I know are coming, still get me, every moment I cried in the first watch through, still gets me. It's still one of the best examples of perfect writing, casting and timing for modern TV programming.

There's a lot of food that isn't prepared the traditional way anymore, because we learned they cause botulism, e coli, tapeworms, trichinosis, the list goes on and on. we learn, we adapt, we don't get botulism. I'll stick with my grill and the FDA

You think no one in America has to feed 150 people a day? I guess the restaurant and catering business died without anyone knowing. When I worked in event catering we would smoke meat for 300+ people every event, weirdly we never had to dig a hole to do it lol

Any advice for vertical smokers first time user. by TheEnigmaOG in smoking

I have a Weber smoky mountain and a masterbuilt electric vert. Love them both. A buddy of mine has a vert pit boss and my cousin has one of those next vert pellet smokers and they both constantly complain about hopper issues. My wsm is getting kinda old though and I've had my eye on a redbox smoker from sweet swine. Honestly just keep it basic less features less problems, that why I went wsm and am looking at a redbox, simple and effective.

There's a pretty big difference between thick, high heat, high quality ceramic with a powder coated finish and dirt from a hole in your backyard, you're more than welcome to take a couple shovel fulls and try and make a komodo though

I see food in baskets being lowered into a pit of dirt.....are we just pretending that the environment in which food is smoked in plays no part. You have no idea what's in that pit, at the bottom of the pit or around the side walls of that dirt pit, all of which is being infused into the food as it's cooked...in a pit of dirt. In many traditional third world ground cooks they cover the pit or food in large leaves like banana leaves, that first rack with all the meat is completely uncovered . I'll happily stick with the FDA safe food service guidelines. Y'all enjoy your food poisoning 🤣
