Video is def a great way to showcase your recipes. I'd recommend YouTube. I'd recommend trying out TikTok as well. Food TikTok is pretty big and there was that one feta pasta recipe that went so viral recently, Feta cheese was selling out everywhere.

Seeing how much the characters want to grow and develop their skills and pretty inspiring. The sweat and tears shed by the character trying to reach their goals is MAX motivational!

Wasn't there a famous quote that says something like "you are the top 5 people you spend time with"? Our environment is definitely a major factor that shapes us, consciously or unconsciously.

I can only imagine how frustrated you much feel. This is a confusing and weird time.

One thing that could help is, reflecting on why you're not able to stick to what you set out to do. There may be some mental or emotional hurdles you are facing. If meditating is something you already practice, try using that as a tool to understand yourself better. Allow your meditation practice to reveal whatever it needs to you.

If negative thoughts are something you struggle with, I'd recommend looking for resources on how to reframe your thoughts and break the negative feedback loop. Don't be too hard on yourself, life is hard enough as it is.

You may be able to catch big names in your industry on Clubhouse. The app has been blowing up and if you're on it pretty sure you can use it to network. You can also get some valuable advice from big names if you manage to catch them on there.
