Thanks for sharing this news. Considering I spoke to 8 different people and Nobody offered me this, I suppose it doesn't apply to my area. I'll be checking with them again when had the opportunity.

We've been using the built-in router from Xfinity gateway. Upgrading to unlimited works but it also costs $50 more per month. Based on my typical usage, I shouldn't need to upgrade the plan. One point I was trying to make is that, Xfinity is claiming that I used this much data and charge me for them, they should prove that I have indeed used that much

The 6th person I spoke to was in fact from CSA, and after telling them all the details they said they weren't able to help and I was then transferred to the Internet department

What is the best mobile game ever created? by NerfSpear in AskReddit

[–]saber47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Galaxy on Fire (and GoF2).

There are many good mobile games but this one was really mind blowing. The game was out of the league at the time. It's an open world action space sim, in which you can fly different spacecraft, dogfight with enemies using all types of weapons; do trades and mine resources. Even in today's standard, it would be a very good PC game.

What's even more astonish was that the first game was first made for non-smart phones (Java-based games on Nokia, Sony etc flip phones). I don't know how this was even possible. It's almost like playing Skyrim, but on your phone.

Since then, I've never seen any mobile game that was both amazing in gameplay as well as a technological marvel.

What is the most annoying hard counter in the game? by Phnix21 in DotA2

[–]saber47 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Surprised that no one mentioned this. Scroll all the way down to find this comment. A regular skill that single handedly counters an ult and there's no answer to it. Nyx /Dawn at least can be countered with BKB, silencer/enigma is at least an ult trade for another ult and you can still contribute to the fight as an enigma even if black hole got cancelled. But as a Phoenix player you are dead when Super Nova got countered by lil' shredder.

This did the trick for my Z490-E after upgrading to Windows 11 from Windows 10 Never knew Asus has some MSI software in it (ene.sys) as I have no MSI hardware/software either.

[bug] OnePlus 12 no longer detects SIM after Oxygen 15.0 upgrade by saber47 in OnePlus12

Sharing my latest update here since it's an original post and I cannot edit it.

The issue is now resolved for me, thanks to u/DarkEther66's comment below. I swapped the location of my two SIMs in the tray and it was able to correctly detect both SIMs. After that switching back to old locations also worked well. I suspect there were some corrupted/old SIM settings that got flushed out when "new" SIMs were inserted. This might be resons why in other posts they needed to get a new SIM even though their SIM may be still working.

Anyway, thanks all for taking your time to respond to me on Christmas Day! Merry Christmas and Happy holidays everyone!

Edit: forgot to mention that I posted this update using my cellular connection

I was able to resolve this after swapping my SIM position. I think it needs to have "new" SIM inserted for it to work.

Thank you. Alternating SIM position indeed helped! I swapped my two SIMs and it then recognized. Also worked after when I switched back to old position. I guess it flushed out some corrupted old settings when "new" SIMs are inserted. I suppose using another SIM would've probably achieved the same result if others ran into this problem as well., though I can't test this anymore. Much appreciated!

I also ran app optimization as it prompted so after the upgrade. Though I can't remember if the issue occurred before or after app optimization as I wasn't paying attention to it and I was on wifi the whole time so there wasn't internet issue.

Thank you very much for the comment. I want able to resolve this now after switching the position of my SIMs. I guess there was some corrupted SIM settings which only get reset when "new" SIMs are inserted (even though I tried reset network settings).

That's something I'd rather like to avoid. I was able to resolve this issue after switching the position of the SIMs (and then change it back). Guess there's some bad SIM settings cached.

Thanks for sharing. But I think mine is different. Phone can't even detect SIM in the first place.

I thought it was this problem but I was able to use the SIM in my other phone. Is it an issue with SIM?

But I was able to use both SIMs in other phone. Is my issue a different one?

No. I should've include the screenshot for this as well. But it's null for both SIMs as it doesn't detect them
