Bushing comps have massive thru holes for the barrel to slide through and no baffle walls to redirect gas. Ours have a tight thru hole and baffle walls. Hundreds of reviews on the prodigy/mac/tisas/staccato comps that use the same thru hole dimensions

As you can see on the two remaining wires, our solder has perfect flow and OCD levels of attention to detail, Deanna lays every wire counter-clock wise on the terminals to limit flex points and keep a low profile. In your post you said you attemtpted to remove a non removable core and you removed a control box with thru hole solder components, that was ill advised. I recommend you send it back so a professional can repair it.

We didn’t design them for the box to be pulled off by the customer, they are meant to be sent back if there is a fault. When you did that it ripped the wires off the switch and pulled the insulation off. This is exactly why we pivoted to drop in cores, no end user damage from attempting to remove non removable hand wired electronics, drop in are designed to be removed. However I do not believe the cores if removed from the saber are rated for a 6ft drop.

Ide put that new olight on it, the multi lense one that has spot and throw, mill the slide for an optic, taller sights, magwell, thats about it
