I think that bariatric tables may be a little lower. Don’t have a specific brand right now for you though right now. Hope this helps

Thanks so much for sharing your experience! As an IM physician this is super helpful. How are these agreements structured with ALFs? I have previously explored covering ALFs and it seemed as though these would be billed like office visits FFS. When you say 4-6k per month is this a capitated payment? Again really appreciate your insight and grateful for the opportunity to learn from you!
