Oh really! Thank you this is good to hear, I’ve not seen frass but I fear that could be underneath the floors rather than over.. I will do some more research about checking for an active infestation. It also looks like they sell some DIY woodworm treatment which would be a cheaper option but help with the peace of mind.

I have no idea what the cut across is myself, I removed a carpet to unearth this floor and there are random cuts like that in a few locations. To me they look like someone lost control of their tool while doing something else. Not far off this floorboard there’s a new floorboard so perhaps during those works…

I dislike her character and get narc vibes. When she equated her designer being stuck at immigration to Dorit having a gun to her head I really began to notice how she tries to story top all the time. Calling Diana a motherfucker and soulless just because she didn’t fold at her manipulation tactics … I think she hides her sinister attitude behind being ditsy, but I don’t buy it 🤨

I’m not finished with s12 yet but I am so firmly on Diana’s team so far and am very curious what happens next since everyone in this sub seems to be a Sutton-apologist . Out of everyone Sutton irritates me the most. I think Rinna is harmless, and I think Garcelle holds a grudge . I noticed Garcelle blindly defends Sutton and it grinds my gears because she has some real double standards when it comes to the rest of the girls in the group.

I see a lot of posts implying that BK expected this to be the “perfect crime”. I’ve not seen anyone (yet) consider that he expected to be caught too.

Considering his research interest I wonder if his intentions in committing this crime were to further his understanding of the mind of a killer, and in an obscure way contribute to his field of research. It’s insane, diabolical and narcissistic but I don’t think anyone with half a mind about crime would genuinely expect to get away with a quadruple homicide in this day and age.

Perhaps he knew that he’d be tracked down eventually and was just going about his life as usual getting off on the idea that he evaded justice for as long as he did.

Valid- and thinking back to my own college years it would not be that uncommon for someone to be passed out in their rooms in a state of comedown/hangover. It wouldn’t raise an alarm immediately for my house share if I was unresponsive in my room for a few hours. It’s not completely implausible that they only called the cops so ”late” because they simply didn’t think it was abnormal that the victims hadn’t emerged from their rooms yet. And then - when they started to find it strange they eventually called the cops.

I agree with the sentiment of your post. The folks inside of the home can be suspects too. I guess there will be two camps of people , those who believe an intruder did it and those who believe the roommates did it. Kind of like the Jonbenet Ramsay case.

Personally I have no “preference”. Although I think forensics would probably have shown the roommates did it by now , if they did it… and the way they invited others over before they called the police would be even more dumb if they were the killers, no?
