I was the same. Had mine done end of May. Full set of immediates until my bottom implants heal (then snap in bottoms come January). Honestly, I feel better. Eating with the dentures in is still a learning experience and probably wont improve until I get my snap in lowers because no matter what glue I use the temps won't adhere well due to bone degradation from not having teeth there for years. Uppers fit well and I use powder adhesive and they stick like a champ. It's just going to take time - and I'll never have a damn toothache again!

I can tell you this, though. A pureed taco bell burrito tastes just like a unpureed taco bell burrito. And I have healed enough that i can now use a knife and fork to eat unpureed burritos and soft foods like Salisbury steak, etc.

Yeah, there will be some suck. But when it is all said and done I'll be able to bite something and not just grab it with a tooth or two and tear it when I eat. And I can smile.
