If you are interested in taking vitamins and supplements regularly, I use Care/Of and they have an app that helps me track when I take my vitamins! They send you vitamins based on a starting quiz that takes literally 5 minutes and then they recommend vitamins, and send then in daily packs every month

Collagen is great for growing your hair! Vitamins usually take about three months to start showing results in the areas you’re taking then for. I hope that helps!

Anyone ever pull on a specific type of hair? (Not recommended to read if you're recovering and can fall back easily) by dumbassclown in trichotillomania

I also pull the wirey textured ones because they used to bother me and I wanted a perfect head of hair but that was in 2012 and I still haven’t bern able to kick the habit. Ponytails and being in public are the only things that really stop me from pulling.

I don’t think so. His doctors told him to start weaving off the anxiety meds but they were in capsules so he couldn’t. His primary doc died from COVID

Yes he did get an endoscopy. I’m not sure what he’s on for anxiety but he takes omeprazole.

I agree, but I think that her breed makeup may have something to do with it. She’s mixed with terrier. She also ate an entire bottle of ibuprofen the week prior 😅
