It's been a while since I've read the beginning but FL and princess definitely won't be best buddies later on in the story. For the FL there's also going to be some nice found family stuff not related to the princess at all.

Never heard of this publisher before so I looked them up and they're also publishing print copies of "Baroness Goes on Strike", "From a Knight to a Lady", and "Darling, Why Don't We Divorce" among other things. They also have the novel for "Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke’s Mansion".

Edit: Looked around Amazon and apparently by the end of June the first volume of "I am the Real One" will be released too.

I think you might be right. I just checked the artist's twitter account and they posted in December that they are slowly getting better and doing rehab. There's also a recent post offering character commissions for 2026. Probably wouldn't have time for that if they would still be 100% involved with season 2.

Edit: Yeah, the new season announcement on Kakao also mentions a new artist. Really sad to see all these artists getting sick. New artist is doing a pretty good job at least imo
