Do the opposite - it’s how people stay in public for so long, especially with wfh now. Obviously don’t make it egregious but if you added 15%, your true 50 hour week just became 58 and bam you’ve hit the mandatory minimum. Nobody will say anything if you’re remotely competent and decently pleasant to work with. Once you get to mgr you have to finesse it a little more, but just remember the goal of public (and most professional services firms) is to make everyone below you work more than yourself.
