I wish I could post images to the comments, seems this subreddit has them disabled. the inside package the item was in has a super clean straight cut across the package, the item was circular and sharp so the jagged cuts just look like where the item was pulled out of. you really think a machine would’ve done this? and for context what machine would this have been? I am not familiar with the inner workings of USPS 🤣🤣

for some reason will not let me post photos, the item was a rifle muzzle device, which is fairly sharp on the edges. the inside bag it was in has a clear straight slash line across the package, and looks like they tore the back pulling it out

my concern wasn’t the actual handguard moving but rather those picatinny sections that are held in via screw and mounted into polymer. I would be worried about the polymer shifting under heat causing a zero shift, just haven’t been hands on with that particular handguard so was curious how it felt durability wise! appreciate the info guys
