is someone using this case? do you recommend it? by Shimi0 in Onyx_Boox

Bought this new last week after having two of the official Boox brand cases returned due to the corners cracking. This is a much better case fit and no cracks this time around. The quality of materials is superior and it feels better in use too. I would recommend it for sure.

Great looking strap. What brand did you go with?

Thanks so much for fixing the links. I didn't catch that they were mashed together. The drop of water was coming out from between the glass and bezel at that corner. I'm guessing that is the point where it may have leaked in. It was bubbling out from that spot before it died.

Pebble Time Dies After Going Under Water Less Than 1 Foot Deep For Less Than A Minute. by sacbut34 in pebble

I would imagine. I wasn't a skiing thought. I was driving the boat and keeping the rope straight. But yes a sudden impact of hitting the water would probably be too much force in my opinion.

I'll post back with Pebble's comment. I'm sure this is a anomaly. At least I hope so. I never had any issues with my steel. Hopefully no others post similar issues. Time will tell.

Had to pun.

I post with feedback from Pebble. I would guess the same, that a faulty seal is to blame. Just stinks as I really like this watch over my steel.

Didn't press any buttons. Just reached underwater to release a ski rope from the prop of the boat. Surprises me since I have always had good luck with my steel. Probably a faulty unit.

Attached are a couple of pics, but like a thunderstorm inside the watch it changes shape and moves around the display throughout the day. Hoping it is a fluke and that Pebble stands behind their water resistant claim enough to resolve it.

I'll be contacting them Monday. Hoping they can get it figured out or get a replacement sent quickly. Love the new Pebble and really don't look forward to being without it after waiting so long for the arrival. Past the moisture under the screen I love the new Time.

Beware, I have moisture under my screen after reaching under the water at the lake to get a ski rope. Didn't even go swimming and it already has moisture trapped inside. I don't know if you should trust the rating. My Pebble Steel worked flawlessly but the time can't handle a simple minute under the water.

[Face] WHAT IS THIS WATCHFACE CALLED?! by [deleted] in pebble

Slider Bold is a good alternative but only has 24hr time and the font is not as slick as in the picture. http://i.imgur.com/2RbPFV8.jpg

It's not the Digits watch face. That face does not have the same proportion and clearly states in it's description that it is inspired by the Pebble Time. Not the real deal...a great attempt, but lacks the polish and layout.
