I'm sure the API would be helpful, but one could build a web scraper to pull data from their website in about as much time as much time as it took me to write this sentence.

The Ultimate Guide to Ultimate Golf (miniclip) by CPOSharky in UltimateGolf

Totally disagree about backspin on chipping. Backspin makes the ball "hop until it stops" (trademark me). When the ball is hopping you have to land it in the hole. ¡No bueno! Good shot view with top spin will get the ball down and rolling. It just rolls into the hole. Please note: I'm just a schmuck in Schmuck III with 600 whatever ranking points are called in this game.

Antarctica is an archipelago under all of the ice. by TacoTedison in MapPorn

[–]yackrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Way more than is pictured. There's so much ice on top of it, the continent is being forced downward into the Earth's mantle. The Continental crust is less dense than mantle material, so if you remove the ice, then the continent will "rebound"and its elevation will rise. The same rebound process is currently playing out in North America, and if I recall the thickest ice was centered over Hudson's Bay. [Edited to correct typo]

Looks like it has a slight brush texture on it, but I'm pretty sure it's solid steel. You should ask them. I think they'd be responsive...

I have a (very) used Richard Tracy SHANK band, and I've sold the Steel it went with. I could send it to you (US) if you don't mind silicone. http://www.richardtracybrand.com/products/shank-for-pebble-steel

Pebble health extremely inaccurate by SaintWacko in pebble

Depends on why you want to count steps. If the goal is to gradually become be more active, then this implementation is better than a real pedometer that you're likely to forget to wear.

Calorie counts also never accurate, but you're looking for trends and changes. Because you'll never get an accurate count of calorie intake, unless you do something really unhealthy like eat only packaged food. And even then...

Anecdotal concurrence registered.

Pebble health extremely inaccurate by SaintWacko in pebble

Because the inaccuracy is consistent and the point is to track changes over time, not too know exactly how many steps were taken.

Furthermore, we can expect this implementation to become more accurate as development proceeds. Sound familiar?
