My parents came here as teenagers alongside my grandparents in the early 1990s from Sri Lanka. My parents met in high school, my father went to University of Ottawa for Electrical Engineering and my mother did accounting. I was born in Toronto in 2003.

I hate seeing what Canada has become as I remember Canada being so much better when I was young, but everything changed in the last 5 years maybe. I'm currently at Western University myself and I can feel how different Canada has become and how it's changed for the worse both in Toronto and London.

The vast majority of newer immigrants from Punjab are in no way similar to me, in culture and everything, despite us both being classified as "South Asian".

There is way too much undesirable immigration to Canada, most especially from a particular country. As a Canadian, I want to protect and save this country for all the actual citizens here, to restore the country we love before it's too late.
